City lots, older homes, real renovation work.
Portland's older peninsula neighborhoods mean smaller lots, tighter access, and homes where matching existing brick or stone work matters. The city's active renovation market also keeps us busy indoors, kitchen backsplash and bathroom tile work that pairs naturally with the rest of a remodel.
Outside, hardscape projects on smaller in-town lots usually call for more careful planning around access and existing landscaping than a wide-open suburban yard would. We're used to working in tight spaces and delivering the same clean result.
